The artisans are those who engage in sustainable, mindful, and high-quality cultivation, processing, and preparation, whether it’s honey, jams, cheeses, preserves, fruits and vegetables, meat, charcuterie, fermented foods, baking, and much more!

Artisans are integral to the foundations of gastronomic culture because they directly interface with raw material, taking care of it with diligence and respect.

The artisans of Tempi di Recupero guarantee the craftsmanship of their products, their quality, as well as the dedication and passion of those who create them.

 

A sustainable product can be defined as such if it revives traditions, raw materials, and/or processes at risk of disappearing, as well as processes aimed at reusing products or leftovers from processing.

Artisan Member del Recupero

  1. Promotes a conscious approach, extending it to every initiative of the structure through sensitization/training of the staff.
  2. Values the characteristics, products, and productions of the territory, consciously paying attention to the recovery of good practices.
  3. Raises awareness on environmental issues, circular economy, and biodiversity. This includes practices related to water consumption, reducing plastic usage, using energy from renewable sources, and proper waste management.
  4. Respects the work of individuals and promotes social inclusivity.

 

Tempi di Recupero guarantees:
  • Participation in the Network, which includes chefs, hosts, winemakers, bartenders, gelato makers.
  • Extensive collaboration among network partners for joint events (e.g., multi-chef events involving bartenders, wines, and recovery products), privileged access to chefs/producers/products of the network.
  • Usage of the association’s logo: in the venue, on products, on digital channels.
  • Promotion of enogastronomic and touristic opportunities of the “Tempi di Recupero” network on social media channels like Facebook and Instagram, through press releases to journalists and food bloggers.
  • Sharing of up-to-date information on general recovery and food awareness themes.
  • Direct participation in association initiatives aimed at the “public” to raise awareness of recovery themes directed towards venues that offer it.
  • Involvement in internal association initiatives (conferences, presentations, publications, etc.) that support and stimulate mindful approaches to recovery themes.
  • Facilitated access, where available, to national and international sector events.
  • 10% discount on the book “Tempi di Recupero” and books from the publisher Quinto Quarto, sold directly.

  • Promotes their participation in the association’s network.
