The sustainable winemaker is the guardian of the land’s traditions, and thanks to their sustainable approach towards the territory and fairness towards those who work it, they transform grapes into wine that is as healthy as it is good, a living food capable of preserving the memory of places and people.

Tempi di Recupero ensures sustainability, as well as the passion of the winemaker network, through a logo synonymous with awareness

The Winemakers Members:
  • They are recognized through the association’s logo synonymous with Awareness and Quality, along with the wide network of chefs, hosts, gelato makers, enthusiasts, and supporters.
  • They are visible on the association’s digital channels and periodically involved in its communication with journalists and food bloggers.
  • They participate in wine and/or gastronomic themed events attended by the Association (such as Fa la cosa giusta, Cheese, Slow Fish Slow Wine, etc.) and events organized directly by the association (e.g., Festival del Recupero, TdR Week, etc.).
  • They collaborate – if they wish – on specific projects within the network of associates, such as “ANsomigaFORA,” the group of winemakers who have quickly produced new wines by adopting Georgian amphorae, some of which have been recognized at a very high international level.
  • They can join in thematic conferences organized by the Association involving national and international experts on different topics of interest, such as those related to alternative and sustainable productions.
  • They welcome enthusiasts and interested visitors to their winery for visits and tastings, involved in the Association’s “Conscious Tourism” initiatives.
  • They receive specific communication for themselves and their activities through an article on the TdR website, accompanied by a short video on TdR’s social channels (Facebook and Instagram). The material will be available to the member for their own communications

 

Tempi di Recupero guarantees:
  • Participation in the Network, which includes chefs, hosts, winemakers, bartenders, gelato makers
  • Extended collaboration among network members for joint events (e.g., events with multiple chefs involving bartenders, wines, gelato makers, and recovery products), privileged access to network producers/products.
  • Use of the association’s logo: in the venue, on menus, on digital channels.
  • Promotion of enogastronomic and tourism opportunities within the “Tempi di Recupero” network on Facebook and Instagram social channels, through press releases to journalists and food bloggers.
  • Sharing of constantly updated information on general Recovery and Food Awareness topics.
  • Direct participation in association initiatives aimed at the public for raising awareness on recovery issues, directed towards venues that offer it.
  • Involvement in internal association initiatives (conferences, presentations, publications, etc.) that support and stimulate conscious approaches to recovery issues.
  • Facilitated access, where available, to national and international sector events.

 

The Sustainable Winemaker:
  • Adheres to the philosophy of Tempi di Recupero, which it undertakes to pursue.
  • Promotes its participation in the association and the recovery network.
